Add a Host

Click on “Hosts / Staff” in the navigation bar down the left of the dashboard. Next click on the “Add Host” in the top right of the screen and a form will appear. Fill in the form and finally click “Add Host” at the bottom

Add hosts with a CSV file

Click on “Hosts / Staff” in the navigation bar down the left of the dashboard. Next click on the “CSV upload” in the top right of the screen and a file input will appear. Enable / Disable SMS notifications

Click on “SMS Settings” in the navigation bar down the left of the dashboard. You will be presented with options to change the country code for this location and also to enable or disable the notifications. Customise input fields for sign in

Click on “Configure iPad” in the navigation bar down the left of the dashboard and then “Fields”. You will then be presented with a list of options to customise your sign in process. Anything marked with a green tick symbolises that the field has been enabled. Once you have finished changing the sign in process make

Not receiving SMS

If you are not receiving SMS from the system there are a couple of things to check Click on “SMS Settings” in the navigation bar down the left of the dashboard. Under the header “Current SMS Balance” check that SMS notificationsare enabled. (Checkbox). Next is to check that your SMS balance has not reached zero. Also check that

A custom report is the ability to extract visitor information that meets your search criteria. If you leave a field blank or with the word “Any” selected then it will exclude that from the search. After running a custom report you will have the option to download your results in a csv
