Not receiving SMS
If you are not receiving SMS from the system there are a couple of things to check
Click on “SMS Settings” in the navigation bar down the left of the dashboard.
Under the header “Current SMS Balance” check that SMS notifications
are enabled. (Checkbox).
Next is to check that your SMS balance has not reached zero.
Also check that the country code has been set correctly (US = 1, UK = 44, AU = 61)
