You can add multiple email addresses to a host by updating their profile. Click on “Hosts / Staff” in the navigation bar down the left of the dashboard. Next search for the host by typing their name or scrolling down the list. Once you have found them click on the hosts name. Enter multiple email addresses

To add hosts to your evacuation checklists click on "Configure System" in the navigation bar down the left hand side of the dashboard and then "Evacuation Settings".
