Regional hosting has become an important requirement for security and peace of mind.

2020 has been a challenging year for all of us. The world as we know is now a very different place.

Fortunately, it has provided us with some time to rethink, recreate and rebuild how we operate and deliver our services effectively to fulfil our customer’s needs and desires.

As a result, we have overhauled VisitUs from the ground up.  Updates to the iPad app, dashboard, mobile host app and online portals have all been implemented as well as a few additional features.

We would love for you to take a look at the new system.

Click on the “Sign in / Preregister” button in the top right of the screen.

Enter your visitor details on the left hand side and select a host (Optional).

Finally click on “Sign in”

Click on the visitor that you would like to sign out.

Finally click on “Sign out”

Click on the “Sign in / Preregister” button in the top right of the screen.

Enter the details of the visitor on the left side of the screen. If you provide an email address then an email including a qr code and pin number will be sent to the visitor for a faster sign in.

Finally click on “Preregister”

To enable an evacuation click “Enable Evacuation” under “Evacuation Options”

To disable an evacuation click “Disable Evacuation” under “Evacuation Options”

To add a printer first you will need to sign in to the dashboard.

Next click on the “Configure iPad” then “Printer”.

Enter the details IP address of your Brother label printer. To find your iP address press and hold the “Cut” button for 4 seconds. This will print out the configuration of your printer. The number you are looking for will be next to “IPV4 Address:”

Select who you would like to print the passes for. Visitors, staff or both.

Click “Update changes” to save your new settings. This will update your iPad and now you’re ready to print.

Click on “Configure iPad” then “Images”.

To upload a logo or background click on the header (Background or Logo) then Choose File and locate the image on your computer to upload.

Click “Upload”and once complete the iPad will automatically update.

Our mobile app gives hosts/staff more control to manage their visitors more effectively.

To use the mobile app you first need to add yourself as a host by visiting the “Host/Staff” section of the dashboard.

Once you have been added as a host, you will now be able to login to the mobile app using the email address you specified.

Download the app on your IOS or Android device using the link below, or by visiting the Appstore or Google Play store.

You can use the “Sign in”function of the mobile app to scan the qr code on the main menu of the iPad to quickly sign yourself in.

Other features include:
– Upload a photo to your profile
– Preregister visitors
– Sign out visitors
– Receive evacuation notifications
– Look up details of your past visitors

Click on “Configure iPad” then “Settings”.

To remove the QR code, click on the Main Menu header then uncheck the setting “Display the QR code for sign in from the mobile app”.

Click “Update changes” to save your new settings. This will update your iPad and now the QR code will not display on the main menu.
