• You are logged in to the VisitUs dashboard.
• An evacuation must have been run previously to see results.
STEPS HEADING
Access Reports
SUMMARY
Access historical reports of previous emergency evacuations, including who was on-site and who was marked safe.
STEPS
1. Go to Evacuation Reports in the left-sidebar.
2. You will see a list of past evacuations with dates and times.
3. Click on a specific evacuation to view its details.
4. The details view will show:
– Time started and finished.
– List of people marked safe.
– List of people unaccounted for (if any).
– Notes added during the evacuation.
5. You can print this report or export it if the option is available.
