Upload branding assets
SUMMARY
Customize the look of your iPad greeting screen by uploading your company logo and a background image.
STEPS
1. Go to User Interface in the left navigation sidebar.
2. Click on the Branding tab at the top.
3. You will see sub-tabs for Logo, Images, and Colours.
### Upload a Logo
1. Select the Logo sub-tab.
2. Drag and drop your logo file into the upload area or click Choose file to select it from your computer.
* *Format*: PNG (transparent background recommended).
* *Size*: 512×512 pixels recommended.
3. The Live Preview on the right will update to show how it looks.
### Upload a Background Image
1. Select the Images sub-tab.
2. Drag and drop your image file into the Background upload area or click Choose file.
* *Note*: You can upload up to 5 images to create a slideshow background.
3. The Live Preview on the right will update.
VALIDATION CHECKLIST
– The Live Preview shows the correct new logo and background.
– The iPad app (if online) updates to reflect the new branding after a few moments.
TROUBLESHOOTING
– Problem: Image looks pixelated.
– Fix: Ensure your background image is high resolution (e.g., 2048×1536 for standard iPads) and your logo is at least 512px wide.
