PREREQUISITES
• You are logged in to the VisitUs dashboard.
• You have an iPad with a camera (if using the iPad app).

Enable Photo Capture
SUMMARY
Capture a photo of the visitor during the sign-in process for security badges and identification.
STEPS
1. Go to Sign-in Types.
2. Select the sign-in type you wish to edit (e.g., Visitor).
3. Select the Security module.
4. Click on Photo.
5. Toggle Request a photo at sign-in to On.
6. (Optional) Enable Make the picture a mandatory requirement to force a photo capture.
7. (Optional) Enable Ask at every sign-in if you want a new photo each time.
8. Click Save.
VALIDATION CHECKLIST
– Perform a sign-in on the iPad.
– Verify the "Take Photo" screen appears.
TROUBLESHOOTING
– Problem: Camera not working on iPad.
– Fix: Check iOS settings to ensure the VisitUs app has permission to access the Camera.
