• You have downloaded the VisitUs Reception app on your iPad or Android tablet.
• You are logged in to the VisitUs dashboard on a computer.

Enter Code on Tablet
SUMMARY
Connect your iPad or Android tablet to the VisitUs account to start processing visitors.
STEPS
1. Open the VisitUs app on your iPad or Android tablet.
2. Tap Link Device.
3. Enter the linking code displayed on your dashboard.
4. Tap Connect.
5. The app will sync with your dashboard settings and be ready for use.
TROUBLESHOOTING
– Problem: Code not accepted or "Invalid Code".
– Fix: Ensure you are entering the code exactly as shown. Codes may be case-sensitive. Check if the device is already linked.
– Problem: "License limit reached".
– Fix: You may need to upgrade your subscription or unlink an old device before adding a new one.
