• You are logged in to the VisitUs dashboard.
• You have admin access to your Microsoft Entra ID tenant.

Configure Entra ID Sync
SUMMARY
Sync your Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) users with VisitUs to automatically manage hosts.
STEPS
1. Go to Hosts / Employees in the sidebar.
2. Click on the Add Host button in the top right.
3. Select the Entra ID (or Active Directory) tab.
4. Click Connect or Enable Integration if not already connected.
5. You will be redirected to sign in with your Microsoft account and grant permissions.
6. Once connected, configure the sync settings:
– Users/Groups: Select which groups of users to import.
– Field Mapping: Map Entra ID fields (Job Title, Mobile) to VisitUs fields.
7. Click Save or Sync Now.
8. Your hosts will now automatically sync. Disabled users in Entra ID will be removed from VisitUs.
