SUMMARY
How to hide the QR code that appears on the main screen of the iPad for contactless sign-in.
STEPS
1. Go to User Interface in the left navigation sidebar.
2. Click the Display tab first, then proceed to the Layout section at the bottom of the page.

3. Scroll down to the Sign-in Screen section.
4. Locate the Quick actions area.
5. Find the toggle for Show the Contactless QR code.
* Switch it to Inactive (grey) to hide the QR code from the iPad main screen.
* Switch it to Active (blue/green) to display it.
6. Changes are saved automatically (or click Save if prompted).
VALIDATION CHECKLIST
– The QR code prompt no longer appears on the iPad app's home screen specific to that location.
TROUBLESHOOTING
– Problem: iPad still shows the QR code.
– Fix: Ensure the iPad has an active internet connection to receive the update. You may need to close and reopen the app to force a refresh.
