Switching locations
SUMMARY
How to switch between different locations or sites in the VisitUs dashboard.
STEPS
1. Look at the top left of the dashboard screen, next to the VisitUs logo.
2. Click on the Location Name dropdown (e.g., "HQ").
3. A list of available locations will appear.
4. Click on the name of the location you wish to switch to.
5. The dashboard will automatically refresh and load the data for the selected location (a "Switching location…" message may appear briefly).
VALIDATION CHECKLIST
– The top bar displays the new location name.
– The dashboard data (visitors, hosts, etc.) reflects the selected location.
TROUBLESHOOTING
– Problem: I can't see the specific location in the list.
– Fix: Ensure you have been granted access to that location by an administrator.
