Ask a question on sign-out

SUMMARY

Prompt visitors or employees with a question when they sign out, key for data collection or safety checks.

STEPS

1. Go to Sign-in Types in the left sidebar.

2. Select the Visitor (or relevant) sign-in type.

3. Click on the Sign-Out Fields module (you may need to search for "Sign out" in the search bar if not visible).

4. Click the Add Field button.

5. Configure the Question:

– Label: Enter the question you want to ask (e.g., "Did you return your visitor badge?").

– Field Type: Select the input type (e.g., Yes/No, Text, Dropdown).

– Mandatory: Toggle ON if the answer is required.

6. Click Add Field then Save to apply changes.
