Add a new sign in type
Click on "Configure System" and then "Sign in types". Scroll down the page slightly and then click the option "Add sign in type".. This will generate a new box to configure your sign in type with its own questions and compliance rules. Once you have finished creating your new sign in type,
Request a photo during sign-in
Click on "Configure System" and then "Sign in types". Next, click the option "Photo" on the right hand side of the sign in type that you would like to add this option to. Check the box labeled "Request the Visitor takes a photo". You can also set it to being a mandatory
Link a device to your account (iPad / Android tablet)
Open your web dashboard and then click on "Configure System" and then "Link a device". You should see a box pop-up with your link code. Make a note of this link code as you'll need it in a minute. On your device, open the AppStore / Google PlayStore and search for "VisitUs
How do I reset my password?
Navigate your web browser to your dashboard URL: AU Hosted: https://dashboard.visit-us.com.au US Hosted: https://dashboard.visit-us.com EU Hosted: https://dashboard.visit-us.eu Then click on the option "Don't remember your password?". This option will send a password reset link to your email address so that you can select a new password.
