Link an iPad to your account
Open your web dashboard and then click on “Configure System” and then “Link a device“.
You should see a box pop-up with your link code. Make a note of this link code as you’ll need it in a minute.
On your iPad, open the AppStore and search for “VisitUs Reception“. Click on the “Get” button to start downloading the app.
Once the app has completed downloading, open it up by pressing on the VisitUs Reception app icon on your home screen.
The app will then ask you to enter your link code. This is where you enter the code that was noted down earlier and then press the “Link this iPad” button.
That’s it, you’re now ready to start signing in visitors, contractors and staff.
If you make any changes to your system using the web dashboard, the app will automatically update within 10 seconds.
