Enable SMS reminders
SUMMARY
Automatically send an SMS reminder to visitors 24 hours before their scheduled arrival.
STEPS
1. Go to Location Settings in the left navigation sidebar.
2. Click on the Pre-registration tab.
3. Select the Booking tab (this might be labeled Options or General in some older versions, but check Booking first).
4. Scroll down to the Days & reminders section.
5. Toggle SMS reminder 24h before to On.

6. Click Save.
VALIDATION CHECKLIST
– Create a pre-registration for tomorrow.
– Verify the system queues an SMS (if applicable/visible in logs).
TROUBLESHOOTING
– Problem: Option not visible.
– Fix: Ensure you are in Location Settings -> Pre-registration -> Booking.
