Configure Compliance Alerts
SUMMARY
Configure alerts to be sent to designated staff members when a visitor meets specific criteria or triggers a compliance warning.
STEPS
1. Go to Sign-in Types in the left sidebar.
2. Select the Visitor (or relevant) sign-in type.
3. Click on the Compliance module in the header.
4. Select Compliance alert.
5. Enable and Configure:
– Toggle Enable compliance alert to Yes.
– Days to check: Select the days enabling the alert.
– Trigger at: Set the time to trigger the alert check (if applicable) or conditions.
– Recipients: Enter the email addresses in Alert emails and mobile numbers in Alert mobiles to receive the notifications.
6. Click Save to apply changes.
