Notify a host when their visitor signs-in

PREREQUISITES
• You are logged in to the VisitUs dashboard.
• Hosts have valid email addresses and mobile numbers in their profiles.

Enable Notifications
SUMMARY
Configure the system to automatically notify hosts via Email and SMS when their visitor arrives.
STEPS
1. Enable Host Selection for Visitors:
– Go to Sign-in Types > Visitor.
– Select the Core tab and click on Host Search.
– In the Host Search section, toggle ON "Enable host selection".
– Save changes.
2. Enable SMS Notifications:
– Stay in the Visitor sign-in type settings.
– Go to the Notifications tab.
– Click on SMS Settings.
– Check the box for Send an SMS notification to the Host.
– Save changes.
3. Enable Email Notifications:
– Go to Location Settings in the left sidebar.
– Select the Emails tab.
– Ensure Email when visitor arrives is toggled ON.
– (Optional) Toggle ON "Email when visitor signs out" if required.
