How to hide a host from appearing in the host search results

SUMMARY

Hide a host from the visitor check-in search while keeping their account active for sign-in/out.

STEPS

1. Go to Hosts / Employees in the sidebar.

2. Search for the host you want to hide.

3. Click on the host's name to open their profile.

4. In the edit modal, locate the Hidden toggle switch (usually near Fire Marshal / PIN settings).

5. Toggle Hidden to On (it will turn green).

6. Click Update Changes or Save.

EXPECTED RESULT

– The host will no longer appear when a visitor searches for a host on the iPad.

– The host can still sign themselves in and out using their PIN, QR code, or mobile app.
