How to hide a host from appearing in the host search results

Click on “Hosts / Employees” and then click on the persons name you would like to hide from the host list..

Next, check the box titled “Hidden“.

Then save the changes by clicking on the “Update” button at the bottom. This host will no longer be searchable by visitor, but can still sign in and out of the system.
