How to Enable the delivery option

SUMMARY

Turn on the Delivery Management module to track incoming packages and automatically notify employees when their deliveries arrive.

STEPS

1. Log in to the dashboard and navigate to Deliveries in the sidebar.

2. Ensure you are on the Delivery Settings tab (default).

3. Toggle the Enabled switch to On.

4. Configure Notifications (Optional):

* Click on the Notifications tab within the Deliveries module.

* Customise the SMS and Email templates sent to employees.

* Add Extra email recipients (e.g., [email protected]) if you want a central log of all notifications.

5. Click Save to update changes.

COMMON CONFIGURATIONS

* Courier Companies: Allow couriers to select which service provider the delivery is from.

VALIDATION CHECKLIST

* Check the iPad kiosk; a "Deliveries" button should appear. * Log a test delivery via the dashboard and check if the notification is sent.

TROUBLESHOOTING

* Problem: Delivery button not on iPad. * Fix: Go to Delivery Settings tab and ensure it is enabled.
