Download QR codes and CSV of all hosts

SUMMARY

Export a list of all current hosts/employees, including their personal QR codes for quick sign-in.

STEPS

1. Go to Hosts / Employees in the sidebar.

2. To export everyone:

– Look for the Download icons near the top right of the page (often next to the search bar).

– Click the Download CSV icon to get a spreadsheet of host details.

– Click the Download CSV + QR Codes icon to get the spreadsheet plus individual QR code image files.

3. To export specific hosts:

– Tick the checkbox next to the host(s) you want to export.

– A bulk action menu will appear at the bottom of the screen.

– Click Download QR code to get the codes for just those selected users.
