Display a video during the sign in process

SUMMARY

Show a video, such as a safety briefing or company intro, to visitors during the sign-in process.

STEPS

1. Go to Sign-in Types.

2. Click on the sign-in type you want to update (E.g., Visitor).

3. Navigate to the Safety tab (or search for "Video" in the search bar).

4. Locate the Video settings.

5. To Upload:

– Click Choose File and select your video file.

– Click Upload to save it.

6. Options:

– Allow visitors to skip the video: Uncheck this box if you want the video to be mandatory (e.g., for safety compliance).

7. Click Save.
