Invite a new user
SUMMARY
Admin users can invite new users to access the VisitUs dashboard.
STEPS
1. Go to Account in the bottom left of the sidebar.
2. Select the User Accounts tab at the top.
3. Click the Add User button.
4. In the "Add new user" window:
* Enter the Email address.
* Toggle Admin ON if they require full administrative access.
* Under Location access, select the locations this user should have access to.
5. Click Create (or Invite).
VALIDATION CHECKLIST
– The user appears in the User Accounts list with a "Pending" status (until they accept).
– The user receives an email invitation.
TROUBLESHOOTING
– Problem: User didn't receive the email.
– Fix: Check spam/junk folders. You can also try removing and re-adding the user to resend the invite.
