SUMMARY
Configure the system to automatically delete old visitor sign-in records to comply with GDPR and data retention policies.
STEPS
1. Go to Location Settings in the left sidebar (select a location if prompted).
2. Select the General tab.
3. Scroll down to the Visitor Data section.
4. Set Retention Period:
– Locate the Auto-delete visitor data setting.
– Select your desired retention period from the dropdown (e.g., 30 days, 1 year, or Never).
– *Warning: Deleted data cannot be recovered.*
5. Click Save to apply changes.
