Ask a question on sign-out

1. Open your dashboard and then click on Configure System.

2. Next, click on Sign In Types.

3. Find the sign in type where you would like to add an entry field to be displayed during sign-out, and then click on the Add Field button.

4. Enter the details of your question and then click on the Add Field button.

5. Lastly, click on UPDATE CHANGES the save your changes.
