Add a new location

How to create a new location in your VisitUs dashboard.

STEPS

1. Log in to the VisitUs dashboard.

2. In the top navigation bar, locate the Location dropdown (top left).

3. Click the + (Plus) button immediately to the right of the location dropdown.

4. The Add location window will appear.

5. Enter the Location name (e.g., "Sydney Office").

6. (Optional) Enter the Address.

7. Select the correct Time zone for the new location.

8. (Optional) Choose a location to Clone settings from if you wish to copy sign-in types and settings from an existing site.

9. Click Add to create the new location.

VALIDATION CHECKLIST

– The new location appears in the location dropdown list.

– You can switch to the new location successfully.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem: I cannot see the + button.

Fix: You may not have administrative permissions. Contact your account owner.
